Grandmother gets much needed winter wear, bedding, and a microwave
Winter wear like boots and coats are crucial to health of young children. It is great to see Eddiemae and her grandchildren, who she takes care of, able to keep warm during the harsh Chicago winter.
Reason to Give was also able to provide a $250 holiday gift certificate to Eddiemae so she can prioritize her family's needs.
Thanks to the talented 2010 Firebelly Campers and Rosa Loves, the sale of custom t-shirts designed to represent the dreams of EddieMae and her daughter Cherysh, more of their needs were fulfilled. Cherysh was delighted with her new Princess bedding and EddieMae couldn't wait to use her new microwave.
